Dr. Gina Merritt, MBA founded Project Community Capital® as a social capital platform so she could provide underserved communities with access to her social networks and expertise. Heighten the Hustle™ encompasses the same concepts, but for underfunded and underestimated entrepreneurs. Ambitious and driven entrepreneurs can register, pitch their companies, and learn the Heighten the Hustle curriculum that prepares students, not only with a savvy business mindset, but also with the skills and guidance of a successful entrepreneur, and even some start-up capital.
As a veteran business owner herself, Dr. Merritt has a deep understanding of the ups and downs faced as a business owner, networks needed to grow, and esoteric experiential knowledge to develop a thriving business. She has built a team of executives that support the program, providing knowledge and insights from their own business and entrepreneurial experiences and networks.
